Locate Decisions

Advance Opinions and Unpublished Orders can be found under the Case Information tab. Administrative Docket Orders can be found under the Court Rules tab.

Decisions also can be found by using the Supreme Court of Nevada's case search found at http://caseinfo.nvsupremecourt.us. Detailed case search instructions are located here.  Case documents are displayed in the order of filing in date order. Scroll down to the bottom of the list to find a decision in the case. Click on the highlighted document number to open the document. A PDF viewer is required to view case documents.
