E-Filing Instructions
The Supreme Court of Nevada has a web-based electronic filing (e-filing) system available 24/7 for the filing of criminal and civil cases. The system allows attorneys and district court clerks to file documents; pay for civil filings; view and print electronic versions of documents and docket sheets; and receive electronic notifications when other parties or participants file to your cases.
To get started efiling documents, please visit our efiling system. If you do not have an efiling user account, you can request an account from the login screen. If you encounter any problems with the efiling system, please contact the Supreme Court of Nevada Clerk’s Office at (775) 684-1600.
