Foreclosure Mediator Program Overview
The Nevada Supreme Court, Administrative Office of the Courts, is responsible for appointing foreclosure mediators to the Home Means Nevada Foreclosure Mediator Program detailed in SB490. This list will be used by Nevada’s District Courts to assign mediators to preside over future foreclosure mediations.
Foreclosure Mediation Program Applications
Applications will be accepted from August 1 through August 31, 2026.
Individuals interested in serving as a mediator for the Foreclosure Mediation Program must complete and submit both an Application and a Code of Conduct.
All application materials must be received by August 31, 2026.
Each of Nevada’s District Courts will assign mediators as needed and will pay $400 per mediation.
Appointed mediators will be notified and must sign a Mediator Code of Conduct.
