Foreclosure Mediator Program Overview

The Nevada Supreme Court, Administrative Office of the Courts, is responsible for appointing foreclosure mediators to the Home Means Nevada Foreclosure Mediator Program detailed in SB490. This list will be used by Nevada’s District Courts to assign mediators to preside over future foreclosure mediations.

Applications to become a mediator for the Foreclosure Mediation Program will be accepted from August 1 to August 31, 2025.

Please submit a completed application and a signed code of conduct. Instructions are on the application. For questions, please contact fmpmediator@nvcourts.nv.gov.

Each of Nevada’s District Courts will assign mediators as needed and will pay $400 per mediation.

Appointed mediators will be notified and must sign a Mediator Code of Conduct.
