Request for Proposal (RFP) Family Court Digital Inclusion & Triage
The Nevada Administrative Office of the Courts (AOC) aims to find vendors who will support the implementation of the recommendations outlined in Nevada District Court Family Division Assessment Report (NCJJ: Pittsburgh 2019) [Attachment 1] for the State of Nevada. The purpose of this project is to bridge the digital divide by improving digital inclusion in Nevada. This project will also improve the delivery of state government services while addressing case backlogs that were created or exacerbated by the COVID-19 Pandemic.
Request for Proposal (RFP) for a Data Repository
The Nevada Administrative Office of the Courts (AOC), a judicial branch department that assists the Supreme Court of Nevada with the administration of the Nevada courts, invites submissions of offers for the design of a data repository. The data repository must allow the Court to receive the court and case specific data maintained in the State’s 74 trial court case management systems. Additional data sources may be incorporated in the future.

Request for Offer: Reagent Lease For Drug Of Abuse Testing Systems And Supplies
The Supreme Court of Nevada’s Administrative Office of the Courts (AOC) is seeking proposals for a Reagent Lease for Drug of Abuse Testing Systems & Supplies. The services resulting from this RFP will allow Specialty Courts throughout Nevada the option to enter into a service agreement with an authorized diagnostics dealer or manufacturer. The Reagent Lease option will provide instruments and accessories to be placed in the laboratory (at no cost) in exchange for the guaranteed purchase of reagents over a period.

AOC Grant Program
For courts seeking grant funding of up to $50,000, the AOC Grant Program has two funding sources available to Nevada trial courts: The Uniform System of Judicial Records (USJR) Grant funds projects to improve the ability to provide accurate and timely mandatory USJR statistical information to the Nevada Supreme Court, and the Trial Court Improvement (TCI) Grant funds projects addressing court requirements in the areas of technology, security, and court interpreters.
Courthouse Lactation Room Installation Grant Program
Pursuant to AB196, as passed during the 2021 Legislative Session, the Courthouse Lactation Room Installation Grant Program is open to Nevada trial courts seeking funds to comply with the requirements of AB196. Applicant courts may request up to $7,500 in grant funding for the purposes of installing a lactation room that members of the public may use to express breast milk.
